I've been coming to this gym since it opened. Brand-new equipment and the staff know what they are doing. Any personal training that is needed you'll find it here. I come on my lunch break, shower and then back to work.
Going to the gym used to be running on the treadmill then job done. The amazing team at 180 Degrees Bournemouth got me lifting weights, (which I thought was not cool for a woman, boy was I wrong- love every minute of it now-:), they plan excises to suit ones needs, support, motivate, and friendly as well- (Normally at the end of the session when they are not asking you to do 20 squats) . Last week I joined the strong and sassy afternoon sessions it is hard but, I feel fabulous and full of energy. Thank you so much.
I've been going to the gym 3 to 4 times each week since January attending the lunchtime classes run by the gym instructors. The classes are challenging but great fun. The gym guys are really encouraging and really know their stuff. They vary the exercises and intensity regularly to ensure we get the most out of the classes. It is a really friendly gym where everyone is welcome regardless of ability.

Personal Training for men and women who want to get stronger, get leaner and finally achieve a lean, toned body. This is primarily focused to those who want to radically transform their shape. We focus heavily on developing more toned legs and glutes, stronger chests, back, toned arms and reducing belly fat and getting flatter firmer visible abs.
